At the ground floor, discover Autentico Studio, perfect for couples looking for a tranquil getaway, or for small groups of friends. Boasting 40 square meters of living space, its cozy bedroom offers a double bed and a sofa that can be used as a single bed, for extra sleeping options. Take in the views of the surrounding greenery from your private balcony or prepare and enjoy a meal in the fully equipped small kitchen. A baby cot can be provided if needed, while the room is complete with a bathroom with shower.
Step into the spacious ground floor apartment, with an area of 70 square meters, ideal for families or group of friends. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second offers two single beds, accommodating a total of 4 guests. Discover the common area that boasts a lounge area and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and dining. The private veranda offers excellent views of the lush greenery of the surrounding area, and the apartment includes a modern bathroom with shower. A baby cot can be provided on request.
